Exactly. I will not be a landlord. I won’t even rent out another house. I had a house and let it sit empty until I sold it. Not dealing with tenants.

The law gives squatters way too much power over the owners. Same with eviction laws. The owner of the property must be number 1.

This is why blue states want you to house migrants. So they can take over your property. Part of the plan.
