When the legs give up, the heart takes over, with a little help from those who love us most. ❤️ There comes a moment on the road where the hills feel too steep, the kilometres too long, and the mind starts to whisper 'stop'. But then you look up, and you see them. Your family. Your friends. Your support crew. A gentle hand on the shoulder, a word of belief, or a tight embrace can give a runner the strength to stand back up and keep moving toward that finish line. To everyone who stood by a loved one on race day, untied a shoe, offered a word of encouragement, or simply held space when things got tough, THANK YOU.
