He is not a good forklift driver. The load balance was perfect. He was supposed to lower that pallet the moment he removed it from the trailer. Why did he turn so fast? You don’t turn like that while carrying a load…

He should’ve just gone straight back and lowered it properly, instead he reversed, turned, and the load tipped over. That was careless handling.
