Pork is haram coz Allah ordered not to eat it. Even if it didn't have parasites or was a filthy animal. A Muslim doesn't need a reason to follow Allah's commands.

For a believer the reason why pork is haraam is only one, ALLAH the most high has forbidden the consumption of pork. It is haraam because Allah ta’ala has made it haraam and there is no any other reason but this.

How can you make pork in a lab? The only thing they can do is replicate the test and appearance.
