You hardly see this type of behavior happening in Asian countries. I feel these type of behavior is total unacceptable in Asia. I feel, Western society have told her it is ok. She entitled to do anything without consequences. Culture plays a big part as well. She feel entitled. Having a strong conservatives culture is good. I feel she is progressive and not conservative. I feel conservative people in general won't act like that in public.
