you need to cast a show of people who aren’t current Barstool employees and want a contract. If you’re boring, you’re sent home. At the end you decide who gets a year-long contract. These people are all too concerned about their image and are already collecting a check from you

this show is absolutely ass. YOu got them so scared that they're between acting and being themselves and its obviously not innate at all.

I dunno. Only on 1 social media platform. Pressuring cast members to be more entertaining or get kicked off. It's gotta feel somewhat organic to the audience, but everyone on this show except Dante, Katic, and possibly Ella are just forcing it. Hope it gets better.
