Gen Z has some of the worst customer service and ppl skills I’ve ever seen And I’m not saying that to rag on them.. We live in world where those skills are CRUCIAL to your survival as an adult Being able to be pleasant with ppl and easygoing, even if they’re not, is what separates a leader from the rest of the flock That “matching energy” stuff only works online for clicks and likes. In the real world you’ll end up homeless or worse with that kind of attitude 🤷🏾‍♂️ A lot of Gen Z’ers will find themselves in tough situations in their future due to their lack of social skills and humility..
