Georgia has fallen. I just went to a mall that I grew up going to. It was completely overrun by blacks and Mexicans. Why are the men of Georgia and the U.S. overall not standing up this this racial and cultural replacement? It makes me see red. The politicians don’t care, they have money to make for themselves so they can live in their gated communities away from all of the racial sludge. The only thing that can save this country is mass deportation of MOST minorities (citizen or not). Happy Monday….I took down my post yesterday about this because sometimes it’s better to see a video than to read words on a screen. This is another reason why they want to muffle Harbaugh. He’s advocating for the players that make the system what it is. He wants kids to share in the revenue that they help to generate. This isn’t the conversation that anyone in collegiate sports want to hear. Kids aren’t aware of what all of the system entails economically and they dont know all of the moving parts. Harbaugh understands and he can help to champion the cause while educating kids who wouldn’t necessarily have the experiences or resources to “get it”. This statement should make him a hero to all future, current and former players. All you have to do is ask yourself “would my coach ever advocate for us like this, has my coach ever advocated for me like this and what would make someone take a stand like this?” S/O Errol for the video and Nate Ortiz for the edit 🫡

Ok, Don’t want to get too heavy on you today. But I can’t help that a major event in my life fell on Good Friday years ago. Don’t worry I have been healthy for a while now but this is probably the most important post I can ever share with you. I already told you how Good Friday 1989 changed my life forever. Let me tell you how Good Friday 2017 DEFINED MY LIFE FOREVER. This photo is from March 2017 when I had a surgery in to take a lump off my thyroid that was detected in my yearly physical. The 1 hr surgery ended up being 3 hrs of removing stage 2 cancer that I didn’t know I even had. The surgeon put 4 dots where he would make his incision on my neck. I don’t believe it was a coincidence or mistake that the dots are over the word blessed and under the word GOD. I am cancer free and enjoying my life due to that yearly physical and #earlydetection . I am alive and healthy because I put my health first. Are you doing this? I have come to the realization that we generally go out of our way to take care of everybody else but ourselves. But I believe that Good Friday was a sign to convince me to use my public stage for something else. Bottom line, if I can just get 1 of you to push yourself or the ones you love to get a physical, mammogram, colonoscopy, endoscopy, blood pressure test, diabetes test or whatever else you are neglecting, then maybe that’s why I have been blessed with the public stage. Early Detection has been proven to be one of the best ways to help people survive potentially fatal ailments. I have received hundreds of letters by people that tell me I saved their life because they heard this message from me, went to the doctor and caught a problem in time. If I can save more lives by bringing this to your attention, then I have done my job. Happy Good Friday. Some videos don’t just make you uncomfortable. They make you stop and ask what kind of society we’ve become. I watched this and felt a deep sadness settle in my chest. Not anger first. Not political rage. Just grief. Grief for the little ones who never get the chance to take a breath, and grief for the women who are being told this is empowerment when it looks a whole lot more like something darker. Scripture doesn’t dance around the value of life. “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you.” “Children are a heritage from the Lord.” “You shall not murder.” We’ve reached a place where some celebrate the decision to end a life that is already fully formed, already capable of feeling pain, already made in the image of God… and they smile while they do it. That should never feel normal. It should never feel progressive. It should never feel like freedom. Real freedom is the courage to protect the weakest among us. Real strength is the woman who chooses life even when it’s hard. Real progress is a culture that refuses to sacrifice its children on the altar of convenience. I’m not here to shame anyone who’s already walked through this pain. God’s mercy is bigger than our worst decisions. But I am here to say out loud what too many are afraid to say: This is not healthcare. This is not compassion. This is not the America our grandparents fought to protect. Vote for life. Pray for life. Speak for those who cannot speak for themselves. Because if we stay silent while the most innocent are discarded, we will answer for it. Lord, give us hearts that break for what breaks Yours. Restore the fear of God in this land. And protect every child still waiting to be born.

This is for the person who struggles with their body image. You are not alone. All the time, I wish I had even a tiny bit of consistent confidence in my body. You know what I’ve realized? I can love myself no matter what my body looks like. I can trust myself no matter my size. I can care for myself no matter what other people think of me. Can I say how hard that is when people tear me down in comments or messages? To still love myself regardless of how I’m treated? That’s a mission. It’s actually the mission we’re all on. My body can be sacred to me even if I’m self-conscious about it. Sometimes I wear something so beautiful that it reminds me that I’m beautiful too… Because what’s on the inside is what will radiate to the outside. Every day, I focus on being kind or sharing a helping hand. My body is a vessel for what I believe to be true about the world and that’s that everyone can make a difference- big or small. In a world of unfortunate circumstances- here’s a reminder: we are not defined by our circumstances but by our courage to redefine our circumstances.
