Get good. Range the zombie while it's getting hit by all the rats 1st. Once it's down, focus the rats.

Had to tone it down from Expert.. shit felt almost impossible

I will say this, oblivion was one of the worst when it came to moderating how health spongey enemies became on higher tiers

I was fuming when rats took 5-10 hits just to fucking die, went immediately back to normal.

At least you kept dying to the zombie I kept getting killed by the fuck ass overpowered rat

Once you can make some poison it makes encounters really easy. I like Master since you actually need to use the tools at your disposal instead of just swinging.
