I read an article sometime ago saying that the lack of fibre in our diets could affect future generations and potentially contribute to higher rates of colon cancer. Honestly, we need to start eating more fibre.

If the foul smelling gas or fart is persistent and comes with weight loss, ongoing diarrhea, blood in the stool, severe abdominal pain, or major changes in bowel habits, it's worth getting checked. But, smelly gas by itself usually isn't a disease,it is often your gut bacteria telling you what you've been feeding them. 😄

Omor so my life don spoil like this

No wonder because I barely eat fruit and but I dey chop meat, fish and egg on a daily and mess dey smell so bad

That orange one is one I don't skip,if you like keep looking at me while I chew the entire thing, I don't just suckle on the liquid, I eat the entire thing cuz I knew since secondary school that it's very beneficial not just the juice .

I eat one raw okra soaked in water overnight every other morning and since I started, I’ve noticed some positive changes. I also drink the water too after eating the okra.

Very informative, I have heard people complain about having smelly fart when they eat beans particularly. Is there's a reason for this exception for some people
