Officer Henry Chapman got arrested by his own department the same day, resigned the next, and just copped an Alford plea to felony embezzlement. Sentence? 2 years probation and some therapy. No jail. Wild how fast it got handled once they had the footage. Respect to the guy for not letting it slide tho.
