This isn’t just a problem in a .Walmart in Minneapolis — it’s a nationwide issue. Maybe .U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement should have a look at Walmart’s books and hiring practices. Almost every customer service employee at my local Walmart uses their phones to translate.
