They also found gold ornaments weighing about two kilograms, silver articles weighing about 20 kilograms and bank balances of approximately ₹19.91 lakh. The ACB said the market value of the immovable properties could be many times higher than their registered value. Officials also found 23 foreign liquor bottles at the officer’s residence and informed the Excise department for further action.
