Check out this recipe of Butterfly Pea Rice from Sheeja Rani 🌟Ingredients: Butterfly pea flower: 1 cup Basmati Rice : 1 cup Sweet Corn: quarter cup 2 tablespoons of ghee Raisins & Nuts : quarter cup Green peas : Half a cup Cardamom : 2 Pepper powder. 1 tsp Lemon juice. 1 tsp Salt Water Method: Boil water in a pan, add salt and flower and boil it, drain the water and add basmati rice to it when the rice is cooked. Crush cardamom and add it to the Rice. Pour Ghee & fry kismis & nuts in a pan. This is amazing. Based on image peddled, I used to think north eastern is some jungle with very backward people. I was amazed when I landed there for the first time. Very industrious and friendly people. Whoever benefited from the distortion did a lot of injustice.

Bangladeshi media reports that India is displacing rice exports for many countries like Thailand, Pakistan and Myanmar by flooding foreign markets with rice. 🇮🇳🌾 India had a record high rice harvest this year resulting in India overtaking China to become the world's largest rice producer. There is so much excess rice in India now that producers are desperately looking for new markets like North Africa, Kuwait + Benin to buy the rice. Philippines, the largest rice importer, has banned rice imports until April to boost domestic production. Global rice prices are expected to fall by 10-15% in coming days due to the oversupply. India is the world's largest rice exporter btw, 40%+ in FY 2025

Nirmala Sitharaman, the Finance Minister of this country, was being interviewed by two content creators. And you know what they asked her? A rapid-fire round. “Ma’am, tamarind rice or curd rice?” “Filter coffee or masala chai?” “Pongal or dosa?” Seriously?😂 This is the person responsible for the country’s finances. Inflation is hurting people. Unemployment remains a major concern. The rupee has weakened significantly against the dollar. People are struggling with the cost of living. And these are the questions? Instead of asking about jobs, taxation, inflation, wages, or the economy, they turned the interview into a food preference quiz. If you’re given access to one of the most powerful ministers in the country and all you ask is “tamarind rice or curd rice,” you’ve wasted an opportunity that millions of citizens will never get.

Rice along with other basic food staples has become increasingly unaffordable for ordinary Iranians due to crushing inflation and the collapse of purchasing power. When people who struggle to put bread on the table refuse to take rice home, it is a political act. It is a rejection of humiliation, corruption, and a system that starves the people while enriching those in power.

The interior minister Muntaka Mubarak tried to donate 1,500 bags of rice and 800 boxes of cooking oil to victims of the adum fire in Kumasi but was met with insults by some of the traders. This is a clear message to the NDC not to waste their time on weak minded fools, our kids in our senior high schools need the food why waste your time on some of these animals.
