Showing my age here but Jack Nicholson in the Witches of Eastwick. Weird hairline, belly, lived-in face, general aura of having a Ph.d in Cunnilingus. Completely believable that Cher, Susan Sarandon and Michelle Piffer would be fighting over him.

You can be ugly outside by "beauty standards" but there's other attractiveness factors, like good conversation, common interests, humor, not to mention unfortunately sometimes money. So I don't know why people still think "ugly" men can't be casanovas when there's plenty examples
