No, I'm just over here learning how to cook for groups of people on the cheap so when I take my place in the mess tent of this revolution I can make sure everyone stays fed. That's my place in all this. 😅

Being a gay man 👨 and looking good isn’t about vanity it’s about finally becoming the version of yourself the world once told you to hide. The confidence, the style, the glow… it hits different when it’s authentic 🌈✨

Bitcoin as everyday money is a long term journey for Block and the world. Many moves to make and many pieces to get in place for this to all come together the right way, and sustainably. That said, to your specific suggestion: Soon.

No matter how tough and rough the road is this week, make sure you keep your head up and be on your way to that desired success.

Your Evenings Called... They Want This Glow This isn’t just a lantern. It’s a flickering flame you never have to light. No wires. No switches. Just sunlight by day, magic by night.

Don’t judge me, but I got into this band this summer. "Closer to the Heart" isn’t a love song, it’s Neil Peart’s call for all of us to take responsibility, work together, and make the world a better place. Name the band.

#BREAKING Both the Conservatives and Liberals—the parties responsible for Ontario’s housing crisis—just blocked our plan to solve it. But make no mistake: this is just the beginning. We’ll keep pushing to launch Homes Ontario, because housing isn’t a luxury; it’s a right.

If we want to make Michigan the best place to be a kid, raise a kid, and call home — I need your help. 💙 It may not feel like it, but the 2026 election is around the corner and whether it’s making calls, collecting signatures, or helping get voters the information they need, your voice and your time make a difference. If you’ve been looking for a way to take action, this is it. Will you step up and make sure everyone gets a fair shot in Michigan? Head to to volunteer.

Your jawline isn’t fat. It’s often tension + trapped fluid. Most people carry stress in the jaw, tongue, neck, and face all day long. Clenching. Mouth breathing. Fight-or-flight. Over time the fascia tightens and the face changes. This simple movement helps decompress the jaw, stimulate lymphatic flow, and calm the nervous system.

There’s absolutely no place in this game for a cheap shot. Football is a tough, physical sport — but it’s supposed to be played with respect. When a player takes a shot at another guy like that, especially a quarterback that’s defenseless, who’s clearly thrown the ball, it’s gutless. It doesn’t make you tough, it doesn’t help your team — it just shows a lack of discipline and character. We coach our guys to compete the right way, and there’s no excuse for anything less. What’s sadder, no penalty was thrown. MRI scheduled for Monday.
