Did you know, Carney’s Liberal government’s Bill C-37 violates international law surrounding First Nations' clean drinking water, this includes United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples. Even though it mentions UNDRIP, it deliberately excludes Article 25 that protects Indigenous people’s traditionally owned waters and coastal seas. Bill C-37 is a clear violation of Indigenous rights, and it must be significantly amended, or else rejected altogether.

So let’s have a real conversation about data centres. Ontario needs more than a playbook. We need answers, and Ontarians deserve to have their voices heard. #onpoli
