I always loved this version because he really looked like the humanity left his body. He got a lot of shit because he followed up Hammil's legendary performance, there were tighter restrictions in cartoons and I guess he looked like a hobo. But it went pretty hard.

Honestly, I think the swinging sleeves, the baggy of his clothing, and the bad posture always gave me Laughing Jack vibes, which made this joker terrifying

Idk why ppl have slept on Kevin Michael Richardson as Joker. Was on par with Mark Hamill for me. My personal preference was Kevin over Hamill, but I grew up with the show as it aired (born in 1999) so there is bias But as an adult, Kevin actually REALLLLYYY is my fav Joker
