Context 🚨 The owner got caught and fined $8,000 for this. Ex-owner I mean. And the dog is now living with a new loving family in Colorado. 💙

I don't understand how somebody can do this. Look how the dog follows the . How loyal the dog is. If he can't take care of the dog, why not look around for somebody who can. It's just not right.

And I pray we have more people like this
