Ugodre, talk to FCMG guys. Drinks sales don't shake even during a recession - This is a historical fact. Why? Because Nigerians drink away their sorrows. Business analysts know this. Alcohol, especially, has become an inelastic good

…. And those are figures for beer, malt etc… when you consider other beverages/spirits that are imported or not churned out by the 3 mentioned entities you’d be utterly shocked.

This is small. If you what General Bitters, Ashanti, Action, Igboya, Squadron satchets, Odogwu bitter etc, you will get like a minimum of 3 billion dollars.

Naturally, Nigerians are cowards. Instead of standing up to the government destroying them, they would rather resort to taking it out on drugs and alcohol and women. May be I should enter into being a pimp and connecting them to their desires. Dear Nigerians, A bleak future awaits you all after January 16th, if you don't partake in taking this government out. Vote, get your results uploaded here so Nigerians and the world see their results in real time. Ensure you do two things on the week to the election. You are available and monitor your polling units. They may come there yo take pictures of their written results with the corps member and not show up there on the electoral results. You have social media, call them all out. In fact, record their BS ensuring you get their faces and their business there. Nigerians just be ready; you're dealing with rogues, so have proofs. Cheers

I kudt had a party where I spent over 600k on drinks alone—just over 50 guests. Imagine a thousand other parties across the country between Friday and Sunday and $1b starts to sound more than possible.

Their revenues is greatly impacted by the cartels that makes fake drinks. They would generate twice as much if the market is not saturated with adulterated drinks. The companies can boost their incomes by partnering govt to fund a task force to clamp down on the cartels

Does it occur to you that the reason why there is an increase in the revenue for beer is not necessarily because people are buying more, but that the inflationary pressures increased the price such that even if they buy less, the revenue still increases?
