Voter ID is common sense and supported by around 80% of Americans. Voting against this today would be a vote against the common sense of the America people. The SAVE America Act is coming to the House floor today. I will be voting for it. This bill does one simple thing: Require proof of U.S. citizenship to vote in federal elections. That is how a serious country protects the integrity of its elections.

Voter ID is common sense and supported by around 80% of Americans. Voting against this today would be a vote against the common sense of the America people.
