Really? Why does the dead CEO's family not own the shooters manifesto, since it was released immediately? The manifesto is evidence. It is not "owned" by the families of the victims. That is absurd. You act like the FBI can't possibly be in possession of it. You think there is just the one original copy that is passed around? Also, he did not say that the local PD did not also have it, he said that they are not releasing it because they do not want to have their federal funding cut...but that can only last so long before they have to answer to their community.
