That's a Sailfish, but you can't cook it with skin which is very tough and has micro spikes. Fresh Sailfish is not expensive, it's smoked Sailfish that cost arm and leg.

Adult eagles have mastered the art of plucking a fish from the water’s surface. I don’t think they like to get wet because they put forth so much effort in avoiding it.
