We cupstack all sorts of ways in addition to “speed way”. Think how she gets this done w/concentration & accuracy of placement. The fundamentals build on technique then speed. The Sunshine Protection Act is once again in the spotlight. This is a move to have Daylight Savings Time be the permanent time as opposed to Standard Time. THIS IS THE WRONG TIME TO MAKE PERMANENT. I did a video back in 2022 (video below) discussing how this has been tried before in the U.S. back in the 1970s and also in other countries like Russia and the U.K. ALL attempts to make DST permanent was ultimately reversed for various reasons. BTW I do suggest watching the video at about 1.5 speed as I tend to talk slower in my videos. :) With DST you are trading longer summer days for considerably longer darker mornings for the year. This has lead to increased fatalities in car accidents and school children deaths as they walk to their buses/school. Our natural circadian rhythms are disrupted leading to decreased productivity and work place accidents as well as various worstening of overall health. Please share this and check out Save Standard Time as they have great information on this as well. Please do not let the Sunshine Protection Act pass. It is backed by powerful entities that stand to gain financially from longer sunshine when you get off work. They are trading greed for increased deaths and disability.

Q: Where is being told you look like a garbage truck a sincere form of flattery? A: In the best and most important job ever. In honor of Labor Day, I want to take a moment to uplift our nation’s early childhood educators. If you take anything away from my posts at all, let it be this: the years of early childhood are uniquely consequential. The period from prenatal to five is when the fundamental architecture of the brain is wired, ideally setting children on the path to longterm success in school and life. But we have a giant mismatch between the science and our public policy when it comes to how we support and compensate our young children’s teachers. Did you know that the median wage for preschool teachers (in child care settings) is only $13.22 an hour - less than we pay most fast food employees? Teachers who work with young children in public school settings do a little better, but still worse than their peers working with older students. This is, in part, because we persistently fail to recognize what I’ve tried to use my timeline to help illustrate: that learning begins LONG before children enter kindergarten. If we want to maximize brain development - and minimize the long term costs to society caused by our failure to do so - we simply must focus on the supports needed by adults, both in and out of the home, who do this hard, but joyful work. Put simply, our nation’s early childhood workforce deserves better. And our children need them to be trained and compensated like the literal brain builders they are. On this Labor Day, I thank early childhood educators. And hope you’ll do the same. This video offers just a quick glimpse of the joy of working with preschoolers. 🚨BREAKING: ICE agents surrounded a car in a University of Kansas parking lot, handcuffed the driver, and patted down a young girl against the vehicle. And the university found out the same way students did… social media. In the video, you can see an agent talking to the passenger, then opening the back door, pulling out a young woman, and having her turn to the vehicle to pat her down. Their justification? The car had a connection to a prior DUI. A prior DUI, on a registration, does not give you the right to drag every person out of a vehicle and search them. The passenger, and the young girl in the back seat, aren’t suspects. Ordering them out and patting them down without independent, reasonable suspicion for each person, is a 4th Amendment violation. And this is the pattern we keep seeing… ICE flags a vehicle, treats everyone inside like a criminal, and people disappear. Even the sheriff said agents “swoop in, cause chaos, alter lives and sneak out without so much as a word.” They’ve been using minor infractions… or records that have nothing to do with the people in the car, as pretexts to stop, detain, and demand papers. Half of ICE’s arrests in Kansas, since January, involved people with zero criminal convictions at all. And this happened one day after ICE agents showed up at a Columbia University dorm at 6:30 in the morning, told staff they were looking for a missing 5-year-old girl, and used that lie to get inside without a warrant. They walked out with a student who had done nothing wrong… and only released her after New York City’s mayor had to take it all the way to the White House. They lied about a missing child to take a college student from her bed. On February 17th, agents were patrolling church parking lots and positioning themselves near an elementary school during morning drop-off. Now they’re following cars onto university campuses. Schools. Churches. College campuses. All places where kids are supposed to feel safe… and where unaccompanied minors are easy to isolate. They’re getting paid per body, and they know exactly where to find the most vulnerable ones.

A bluefin runs its red swimming muscle, brain, and viscera 10 to 21°C above the surrounding water using a countercurrent heat exchanger called the rete mirabile, which traps metabolic heat that would otherwise vent through the gills. The heat is what lets the fish cruise at 7 mph and burst at 40. It is also a furnace that needs feeding. The mechanical constraint is the second half. Bluefin have undersized swim bladders, so their bodies are denser than seawater. They sink unless they swim. They are also obligate ram ventilators, meaning they cannot pump water across their gills the way most fish do. They keep moving forward with their mouth open or they suffocate. A 1-meter tuna swims roughly 43 km a day just to breathe and stay neutrally buoyant. A 200 kg market-size fish does far more. Now the feed math. Measured feed conversion ratio for ranched bluefin runs 20 to 30 to 1. To put 1 kg of meat on the fish, the farmer pours in 20 to 30 kg of sardine, herring, mackerel, or anchovy. A 200 kg tuna eats roughly its own body weight in baitfish every 20 days. Across a two-year fattening cycle, one fish runs through several thousand kilograms of wild-caught forage species. The $3.24 million number was the Oma bluefin that cleared Toyosu's January 2026 New Year auction. Ordinary wholesale runs closer to $30,000 per high-grade fish. A 28:1 conversion ratio is the entire reason bluefin exists as a luxury market. Compare to species that domesticated cleanly. Salmon FCR sits around 1.2:1. Chicken sits around 1.7. Each is a herbivore-leaning omnivore that converts plant protein into muscle at near parity. Bluefin will not eat pellets in any commercial volume. Many rescues, shelters, and breeders have already decided that a human with a disability can't handle a high-drive or working breed dog like me... They see a wheelchair or a cane and simply say no. Sometimes they do the same thing to seniors. While not every person in their 70s is fit and highly active, some are. Most wheelchair users aren't as experienced with dogs and have ways to ensure our needs are met, but some , like mine are. Instead of backing off, they refused, doubled down with more aggressive language, and sent me yet another Cease & Desist (the fourth overall i have recieved from them to date). They are still trying to claim ownership over a fully AI-generated image they do not own — while ignoring the thousands of other accounts that freely use Charlie’s image as profile pictures. They are only targeting the journalist who criticizes them. Candace Owens reaction says it all: spending legal fees hunting smaller creators over an AI profile pic is beyond petty. Coach Colin pointed out that I’m not backing down, that the image isn’t even a real photograph, and that their behavior only makes people more convinced that what I’m saying is on point. 🚨 EXPOSING NOSTRA. AI 🚨 We have exposed some pretty nasty grifts in this space, but Nostra reigns supreme above all others (by a fair margin). Since we have >30 min video and an intensive Notion document (linked at the very bottom of this post) I am going to just highlight the key areas below. For those who don't want to watch it all - here's some time stamps that cover the most important/most hilarious parts of the video. 1:08 - Site Speed Scamming 101 4:20 - Beginning of the actual findings of what we caught Nostra doing. 5:25 - Nostra CEO tweets about how vitally important it is to have your most critical information above the fold on your site. Then we show that they almost exclusively marketed their fake site speed scores above the fold. 6:37 - The 'before and after' that shows how radically different the Nostra team made their site after they realized they were being investigated (perhaps my favorite part) 11:05 - Before: YOUR SITE PERFORMANCE SCORE MATTERS ..... 1 day later, Nostra CEO: "Yeah page speed scores are pretty useless" 😂 12:07 - "Nostra clients are 8x more likely to pass core web vitals compared to non Nostra clients" *Lukas then shows how every single one of their 'success story' case studies are failing almost all core web vitals on their home pages.... 15:10 - Jake dives into the technical shortcomings of the Nostra product, from them using a deprecated form of rendering and claiming (falsely) that Google still endorses it, to showing that any visitor logged into any Nostra-enabled site is not fed the cached pages... meaning that many of their highest LTV clients are being given a drastically worse browsing experience.... + lots more! 29:47 - Lukas shows all of the deleted tweets from the Nostra CEO. Suspiciously, all of them just so happen to be based on page speed scores... hmm. The main points: - Nostra uses site speed cloaking tactics to artificially inflate performance numbers on Google's Page Speed Insights. There is no ethical reason to do this. It is a tactic used exclusively by site speed scammers. *A few people may point to the fact that Meta uses Lighthouse scores as one of many contributing factors to showing ads, so certain sites MAY see an uptick in paid performance on Meta while having these fake scores. This is a horrible basis to justify attempting black hat scams on Google tools. I'll be doing a whole separate video for this topic alone, but for now, just understand it is shortsighted and unbelievably stupid. - They then used those artificially inflated performance scores as the central focus of their entire marketing strategy. *They have released some hilariously inaccurate/misleading blog posts in the past week that try and claim they don't use cloaking and that their methods are totally ethical... you better believe we are doing a follow-up video that dismantles these blog posts paragraph by paragraph. - Various current and former clients of Nostra have confirmed that one of their central selling points when convincing them to pay for Nostra (often quoting/charging thousands a month) was that their Google performance numbers were going to go up, which meant a faster site, which meant more revenue. A blatant, irrefutable lie. - As we dug into their code, we found even more issues. Most notably, their 'crawler optimization' was stripping down pages for both Lighthouse (Page Speed Insights) as well as Googlebot, which means that the contents of any page 'client-side rendered' by Nostra in this way was almost entirely invisible to Google, as it saw basically nothing to crawl and index. - All of our findings were confirmed by over a dozen well-respected developers in the Shopify space, including high-ranking engineers at Shopify. - Before we notified Nostra of our investigation into them, Jake Casto (partner in this report) met directly with the Nostra team, including their Chief Lead Architect (?) and asked every question he could to gain as much context as possible. This meeting further confirmed all of our findings and even pushed some further. - Hours after we notified the CEO of Nostra about our investigation into them and the impending report we would release, their entire site changed.... like... CHANGED. Nearly every mention of 'page speed' or 'performance score' was stripped from the site, including all of their case studies. Additionally, they renamed an entire product. Their 'Crawler Optimization' tool became 'Bimodal Dynamic Rendering'.... - That same night, the Nostra CEO then deleted all tweets insinuating performance score as a benefit of using Nostra (proof shown in the video) and began publicly talking about how useless speed scores are. A metric they had long lauded as the single-most important aspect of what their tech improves was now "pretty useless" just a few hours later. - It is imperative to know that we did not mention ANYTHING about our interest in investigating their focus on performance scores as a key marketing strategy. All of these changes were made by them without knowing anything about what in particular we were investigating. Not shockingly, the main scam we were highlighting in our investigation is what was wiped entirely (within literal hours) from their site/their founders personal messaging. * go look at their site now and try to find any claims about performance scores on their home page. They even took them off the top of all their case studies. (we show this all in the video as well). - Nostra has since continued to modify their code, resulting in some of their 'success story' clients seeing a 50+ point drop in performance scores (shown in the video). More current and former clients continue to reach out and share more stories about the many sketchy happenings at Nostra. - Nostra also released a very weak response in the form of 2 blog posts that aim to justify their actions/tech. They have been sharing this with their clients and attempting to patch over the MANY inconsistencies and blatant lies they were caught in. As I said earlier, we will be doing a video dedicated to dismantling these blog posts in detail. Moral of the story. No SaaS is going to plug in to your Shopify store and drastically increase your performance scores in a matter of moments. Any tool or dev or agency, no matter how fancy they look and how much venture backing they have, will be able to get your Shopify stores' mobile performance scores into the 80/90's under any normal circumstances. If someone says they can... You are 100% being scammed. Site speed optimization is a complex development process that takes highly-skilled devs dozens of hours to do properly. VIDEO: A mother sent me video of a suspected gas explosion and fire reported on Thursday at an apartment building in the Oak Cliff neighborhood of Dallas. The fire was reported around 1:15 p.m. near the corner of East 9th Street and North Patton Avenue. Dallas Fire-Rescue confirmed there were fatalities from the explosion. "There have been fatalities at this point. We can all confirm that there are fatalities. We are still working through the recovery phase. So let us work through the recovery phase and give you a total number," Chief Mark Berry said. At least four people have been taken to a hospital for treatment. Officials now confirm they are now in recovery mode, which could take two to four hours or more. Sources told FOX 4 that DFR crews were en route to the location to investigate reports of a gas leak when the explosion occurred. Images from SKY 4 showed a small apartment complex that was fully engulfed in flames. The windows on neighboring buildings appeared to be blown out and debris was scattered across the street. There also appeared to be a utility truck that was affected by the fire. A large plume of black smoke was initially visible in Dallas for miles. At about 3:30 p.m., DFR upgraded its response to five alarms with more than 100 firefighters. While people in the area reported hearing an explosion, the exact cause of the fire is still unknown. Dallas police and city leaders held a news conference on Thursday afternoon but would not answer any questions from reporters. It's still not yet clear how many people were in the building at the time and how many people were hurt in total. "The fire is contained, but our members are still working on the scene to do primary searches. We put a drone in the air to canvas the area to see if we have any, if we see any victims or anything around," said DFR Assistant Chief James Ross. "At this time, it's unknown how many possible fatalities we may have." Dallas Mayor Eric Johnson and other city leaders did take a moment to ask for prayers for the families who are affected. My daughter is the love of my life and it breaks my heart to think about all the families that were convinced that there was nothing left to do and signed those organ harvesting papers. When they kept telling me that my daughter was unresponsive I had to fight with them to pull her off the fentanyl. I told them you cannot possibly determine neuro status with that strong opiate. They told me that it was to keep her comfortable . I said she doesn't need to be kept comfortable if she's comatose she doesn't know anything, take her off the drug. What I was screaming on the inside was not what I could verbalize, I had to be more patient and kind because you can get thrown out of these rooms, yes that is true, they can remove you from your childs side.. So not only am I trying to save my daughter I'm trying to keep my composure , when I know what they are doing is so wrong. Another example of them setting my daughter up for failure is normal platelet count is 150000 to 400,000 my daughter's was 60, 000 that means that she was under normal limits that means that her blood was not clotting and this is why all of her IV sites were bleeding.. The CCU doctors wanted to start her on heparin, Heparin makes the blood thin for somebody who's got thick blood . my daighter was already well below limits and I said absolutely not, she is already thrombocytopenic(low platelets a bleeding disorder) Those 4 doctors come up against me again telling me "this was protocol she'll throw a clot, she could have a stroke." I said "there's no way for her to clot she has no platelets " and then I pointed at the Carousel of drugs they had her on and I said" those will drop her platelet count even lower." I had to sign refusals , this Heparin they wanted to put her on with no clotting factors already could/ would have caused a brain bleed in my child. I know the side effects of these Dangerous Drugs, but how many people do not? how many people do not even know what normal lab values are? without having all of the information and knowing what you need to know how can you make the right decision? It sickens me to the core of my being to know this is happening... If you want to gain some inside knowledge before you're ever put into this position watch this video in in its entirety. Corrupt Robins Chief of police caught on camera that he forgot was recording not only violating rights but also in jaw dropping fashion breaking the law. ​This started when an independent transparency auditor/ journalist named James walked into a public clinic in Robbins, Illinois to exercise his first amendment rights to film in a public space and to legally file a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request. ​Instead of accepting the paperwork, Acting Police Chief Carl Scott Sr. claimed FOIA requests couldn't be filed in person. When James refused to stop filming his public interaction, Chief Scott slapped him in cuffs and arrested him for disorderly conduct. Once the judge saw the clip he threw out the case. Upon the end of the court case, James went to the Robins PD to file a formal complaint against the chief. The Chief came out saying his officer need James ID because they were going to cite him with a nuisance citation. ​When James stood on his FourthAmendment rights to not give his ID because he broke no laws, things turned ugly. James was dragged into the back interrogation room where the video even though it had no sound speaks for itself. After the event in the interrogation room ​an investigation quickly opened up, the details got significantly worse. During the arrest, James's cell phone suddenly vanished. It was later revealed in court that Chief Scott had actually swiped the phone, walked outside the station, and dropped it straight down a city street sewer to destroy the footage. Investigators literally had to fish it out of the muck. ​Knowing the writing was on the wall, Mayor Darren Bryant moved to terminate the chief, but Scott resigned just before he could be officially fired. ​The legal hammer eventually dropped hard: ​Scott pleaded guilty to criminal misdemeanor battery. ​He was sentenced to two years of probation. ​The state officially revoked his law enforcement certificate, permanently banning him from ever working as a police officer again. ​You’d think a violent misconduct conviction and a permanent ban from policing would be the end of a public career. Instead, Scott pivoted to local politics and was elected to a 4-year term on the school board for Matteson Elementary School District 159, eventually rising to become the board's Vice President. ​When local news outlets finally obtained and aired the bodycam footage of Scott putting hands on a citizen, local parents were utterly furious. 🚨 ROCKTON, ILLINOIS: 8-MONTH-OLD FRENCH BULLDOG COLLAPSES AND DIES FROM EXTREME HEAT WHILE UNDER AN OFFICER’S WATCH - OWNER PLEADS FOR OVER 30 MINUTES FOR HELP On a hot, 97-degree day, Collazo Gonzalez was pulled over for speeding and detained for driving with a suspended license. Gonzalez stated that he did not know his license was suspended. Officers detained him and instructed him to call a family member for a ride because his vehicle was going to be towed. We requested all camera footage through an open records request to find out exactly what happened next. The result was a clear message from Rockton PD to me and my team: “You’ll only get what we want to send you.” They redacted nearly the entire written report. They also redacted very strange portions of the bodycam footage, including a portion where, allegedly, Gonzalez’s aunt was telling the officer over the phone to at least give the dog some water. In additional footage, you can see Gonzalez, with his clearly distressed dog, attempt to head toward a nearby house to get water. He is stopped by the officer so they can read off his citations. All while there appears to be no urgency for Kody. They then offered to drive Gonzalez several minutes to a nearby convenience store - not an emergency vet. And in this footage, they REDACTED anything said about the emergency involving Kody, but the sound came back in when they were discussing Gonzalez’s citations. I will share another video in the thread with more context regarding this. Unfortunately, Kody later passed away in Collazo Gonzalez’s arms. Gonzalez has retained an attorney and has actively tried to raise awareness about what happened to Kody. RIP, baby. 💔

🚨 ROCKTON, ILLINOIS: 8-MONTH-OLD FRENCH BULLDOG COLLAPSES AND DIES FROM EXTREME HEAT WHILE UNDER AN OFFICER’S WATCH - OWNER PLEADS FOR OVER 30 MINUTES FOR HELP On a hot, 97-degree day, Collazo Gonzalez was pulled over for speeding and detained for driving with a suspended license. Gonzalez stated that he did not know his license was suspended. Officers detained him and instructed him to call a family member for a ride because his vehicle was going to be towed. We requested all camera footage through an open records request to find out exactly what happened next. The result was a clear message from Rockton PD to me and my team: “You’ll only get what we want to send you.” They redacted nearly the entire written report. They also redacted very strange portions of the bodycam footage, including a portion where, allegedly, Gonzalez’s aunt was telling the officer over the phone to at least give the dog some water. She also told the officer, “The dog is gonna die if they don’t do anything.” There were other portions of the bodycam footage that were redacted as well. Gonzalez was pulled over at 12 : 40 pm. When he was pulled over, Kody, his 8-month-old French Bulldog, was already panting. When officers removed Gonzalez from the vehicle, they left Kody inside the non-running car for more than 20 minutes. During the process, Gonzalez asked if they could please put Kody in one of their police cars. He was ignored. At 1 : 02 pm, Kody was finally placed in the back of the police vehicle with Gonzalez. The AC was not on. When one of the female officers came to check on them, Gonzalez begged her for air. She turned on the air, but it was not cold.
