Woman faces 20 years in prison and a fine of $250,000 after she pleaded guilty to punching a trooper during a Jacksonville traffic stop after she mistook the trooper for an ICE agent. Jennifer Cruz, a mother of four and a business owner, has also been charged with 14 state crimes, including battery on an officer, resisting an officer, and driving with a suspended license. In January, Cruz, who was acting as an activist, was filming and tailgating a car and a marked patrol car. She followed the trooper to a parking lot, where she started yelling at him. After the trooper found out that her Florida driver’s license was suspended, she drove away. After Cruz was stopped again, she refused to hand over her keys, telling the trooper she was “ready to fight.” When one of the troopers tried to grab her keys, Cruz punched her in the face, causing injuries to her nose and fingers. Cruz continued to refuse to comply with law enforcement, and while being escorted to the patrol car, she tried to kick the same trooper she had punched earlier. Later, when officers tried to secure her in the patrol vehicle, she kicked an ICE officer. Cruz arrested and transported to jail and later released on bail. Later she was arrested again after being indicted on the federal charge.

Why let her dictate the conversation? Getting a supervisor is not a right, it's up to the discretion of the officer. When she didn't provide her driver's license after the second or third request, she should have been taken out of the car and arrested. The right to travel is not the same as driving a motor vehicle. The Supreme Court has already ruled on this. Arrest her!

A lady reportedly got angr£ and stepped out of his car after he questioned what she meant by an “intentional man.” The man explained that he was going on a date with the lady. When he got to her gate to pick her up, she asked him to come inside because she wasn’t ready yet. He noticed the house was a bit messy but didn’t think much of it. While they were on their way, she started talking about women’s standards and mentioned that her ex used to give her ₦1M, and when he could no longer afford it, she ended the relationship. That comment upset her, and she immediately asked him to stop the car and got down.

A woman was finishing up her day, and was walking to her car in the parking garage. She sees something that’s terrified her, a car is moving forward and is about to go over the edge of the parking garage. She rushes over there to find a young woman, she stops her from driving, the young lady just got done working and she’s very tired. She put the car in drive instead of in reverse and didn’t even notice she was going forward instead of backwards. I’m convinced the woman saved the young lady’s life that day, had she not intervened it would have ended very differently. Should she have put yourself in harms way like she did, should she have taken the keys away?
