Has she actually gone to the police station herself to lodge a formal complaint? Get to the station and lodge a complaint agaisnt the driver and inDrive and if possible have a copy of that. Then use that copy and write an official email to inDrives help or customer support email.

This is Kouri Richins .. she has been found guilty of murdering her husband for Insurance money because her business was failing. She claims she’s forced to sell her Tesla that Elon Musk bought her since he allegedly cut child support. She's just mad because she wants more of his money to sustain her lavish lifestyle. All she cares about is getting more money from Elon and doesn't care about the pain she will be causing her son by raising him as a single mother who tries to publicly humiliate and vilify his father.
