So, she SEES the parking space lines to know where to place her car, but she's BLIND to the handicap logo on the space.

Frankly, I’m okay with someone double parking, parking blocking a driveway, or any other sorts of illegal parking methods. But I personally draw the line at handicapped parking spots and blocking fire hydrants. When I was a teen we used to key cars that would abuse handicapped parking spots. Don’t hate me.

I've discovered while working at the liquor store that if you are black and in a hurry, that is a disability and you can back your car into and park in the handicapped spaces.

I’m handicapped, and there are so many times I go to park and all the spots are full. When someone just sits in the handicap parking or uses it for a “quick” trip so they don’t have to walk a few extra feet that some of us would have difficulty with, it hurts. Sometimes, when I’m having a good day, I don’t use the handicap space and will walk the extra feet so another person having a bad day can use it.
Well she is mentally handicapped. Does that count?
