Allow me to address the Israeli people. Your government wants you to believe that the whole world is conspiring against you, that the Palestinian people are terrorists, that the UN is filled with terrorist and terrorist supporters, that your closest allies are your enemies. This most radical Israeli government and its Foreign Minister are calling for “de radicalization” of the Palestinian society as a whole, calling them “human animals” and “children of darkness”. They want you to believe that your survival depends on your ability to continuously wage wars, including against a defenseless civilian population half of whom are children, on their erasure. The Israeli people need to decide if this is what they want their government and military doing. These atrocities that the whole world is watching and that your government is hoping you will filter out, deny or justify. In the midst of this genocide we are telling you: we choose peace and appeal to you to do the same. We do it for our children and our people. You should do it for your children and your loved ones. Enough bloodshed. Enough wars. Enough suffering. If not for the Palestinian people’s sake, for your own, if not in the name of humanity, in the name of self-preservation. We are not okay, and that’s okay to say. I wish I could tell you that we are standing here and that the rest of the world is standing with us. With you. Sadly I can’t say that. There is a loud and aggressive minority around the world who doesn’t get, that being murdered at a peace festival does not equal resistance. I do however, know that we are standing here on behalf of all those people in the world, with moral clarity. And there are a lot of them. And there are many who want to be here with you. And they are here with you at heart. On October 7th, your loved ones went to Nova. We call it a peace music festival because that’s what it was—a place to make new friends, to let loos explore and celebrate life. The antisemitism that was festering under the surface for decades, has exploded. And for those of us who stand against it, we are not the popular kids. The so called “cool kids” are wearing a keffiyeh, calling for an intifada and demanding a Palestine between the river and the sea even if they can’t tell you which river or which sea. Keffiyeh Karens. That’s the mainstream now. Standing up against jihadism is now the counter-culture. Standing up for western democratic values against terror and extremism: that is now the counter-culture. Using facts and reason and knowing history: that is now the counter-culture. People! WE are the counterculture. And we are doing it. The Jewish people have found our voice because standing up for what we believe in, even when it’s not popular, is part of who we are. Our tiny people haven’t survived for millennia and outlived every empire that tried to destroy us by always being the cool kids. In fact, we almost never are. We know when it’s time to swim against the tide because we know this playbook. We have been here before. And our message to the world is as follows: the hatred that targets is targeting you too. I have a question for you, keffiyeh Karen from campus: where would you prefer to be a woman? in Iran? In Afghanistan? or in Israel? In the last three weeks, another title has joined my world. In addition to being the wife of a hostage and a mother to two little girls, Roni and Alma, whose father was kidnapped before their eyes, I am now one of the Phase B people. Phase B people. We are the ones who had to be officially notified that our loved one is not on the first list. We are the ones waiting list, and there will be no surprise for us. We are the ones walking between the raindrops to continue the struggle but not to destroy anything. We are the ones who are wholeheartedly happy for our friends, the people who have become closest to us, looking at their pictures reuniting, and our tears are tears of joy and immense pain. We are the ones who feel guilty that maybe we haven’t done enough because ours has not yet returned. We are the ones who ask for forgiveness every day in our hearts from our loved ones because we have not succeeded. We are the ones who fear becoming invisible. We are the ones afraid that our day will not come. We are the ones who tell them it is getting closer, but we have no deadline. We are the ones afraid of being left behind. We are the ones whose journey will not end soon, and now we need to rise when we have no strength left. I also wanted to apologize for those whose cries have been heard for much longer, like the Goldin family. Their nightmare is over 20 years old. Another Saturday has passed, a new week begins. Keith, Ofer, and Yarden are already here. I only saw the pictures after the girls went to bed for their nap. I thought to myself today how lucky it is that it’s on Saturdays, when I’m busy and can’t sink into it. I need to be with Roni and Alma every Saturday, Roni and Alma who don’t know what’s happening beyond the bubble Ive created for them. All they know is that Daddy Omri has returned. The question of when already came up three times today. And the answer is the same answer for 484 days. I don’t know, but I will continue to ask for help for Daddy Omri to come back. On our bike ride, Roni told me today that Daddy Omri will be really happy when he comes back because she already knows how to ride by herself. And I thought to myself that we need to buy him a new bike with a new seat for Alma so he can ride with both of them. The 16th of the month is approaching. That day when they promised to start managing the negotiations for Phase B. As it does, hope and fear rise and strengthen. As it gets closer, voices of undermining and obstruction begin to be heard. This goes along with what Bob and I discussed on our chat. Of the Military presence and prepared to take the streets along with law enforcement. No one is even remotely talking about how they are in the cover of night showing up where they need to be. Not one report on the news that this many marines have shown up over the weekend to LA. My question is where else are they showing up and no one has seen it or even knows. And look at the military presence in Washington and the fences being put up there. Something is about to happen. I can feel it. False Flags are coming and going to grow in magnitude to a point of absolute chaos that will have the public allow for military intervention the public will demand it. This will be the summer of justice the enemy is going to try to stop it by using fear and false flags. We must be the ones that stand in the gap and fight using our power for love and calmness to peace. Not to be confused with weakness but we are the real strength.
