@AMCKunneke We were very poor when came to Canada. I remember a shock of spending 50$ in shoppers drug mart on necessities like shampoo, conditioner, soap etc. It broke our bank-4 $ left until first paycheck. It is very humiliating to be poor.

Canadians are a capable and self-sufficient people. We do NOT need migrants to save us! Canadians can do all the jobs that Pierre is claiming must be filled by migrants, and I find it offensive that he is claiming that we, as Canadians, NEED anyone. Mass migration has made it harder for Canadians to find work. It has made housing more expensive. And, overall, it has made the quality of life in Canada worse. Today's announcement by the NDP to end the Supply and Confidence Agreement is purely a political move that puts Mr. Singh's ambitions above the interests of Canadians. Unlike the NDP and Conservatives, who are only fighting for themselves, our Liberal government will stay focused on fighting for Canadians and delivering key programs like childcare and dental care that are making a real and tangible difference in their lives. I'm looking forward to heading back to Ottawa in a couple of weeks and making parliament work for Canadians.
