Marc Andreessen says profit is only a company's "goal number six," and goal number one is just not getting lit on fire. "The biggest myth of all time is the companies exist to maximize profits. I can tell you, by the way, the last decade should have convinced us all of that. That is not true. That's like goal number six. Goal number one is 'I don't want to get lit on fire.'" "I don't want a screaming assault on the company, whether that's from regulators, politicians, parents, users. Just you pick your boycotts, social movements, all this stuff. That's like number one." "Number two is, I need my employees to not hate me. They have to feel like they're working on something good."

Clavicular reveals he took a guy's girlfriend on Valentine's Day and says he did him a favor "She left him in the club. It was quite brutal as the guy was sitting there begging me like come on man don't be a dick it's Valentine's Day." "But at the end of the day that's me doing him a favor. Imagine you get married and this happens and you're getting sued for 50% of your assets. You want to know exactly where you're at with your relationship and sort of putting that to the test sometimes is really beneficial."

Self-confidence isn’t something you’re born with, it’s built. Here’s how you can strengthen yours starting today. 1. Keep promises to yourself Every time you set a goal and achieve it, no matter how small, you tell yourself, “I can trust me.” Start with simple tasks like waking up on time or finishing a book, and watch your confidence grow. 2. Embrace discomfort Confidence doesn’t come from staying in your comfort zone. Take small steps outside of it daily. Speak up in meetings, try a new hobby, or strike up a conversation with someone new. 3. Focus on progress, not perfection The fear of failure destroys confidence. Celebrate progress instead of perfection. Studies from the American Psychological Association show that focusing on improvement boosts self-belief over time. 4. Surround yourself with positivity Confidence is contagious. Surround yourself with people who uplift and inspire you. Dismiss those who feed your insecurities. 5. Speak kindly to yourself The words you say to yourself shape your reality. Replace “I can’t” with “I’m learning” and “I’ll never” with “I will figure it out.” Positive self-talk rewires your brain for confidence. Confidence isn’t a gift, it’s a skill. Start building it one decision, one action, and one belief at a time. The stronger your self-confidence, the more unstoppable you become.

“Who am I? Why am I here? What am I created for?” If you have ever asked yourself these questions, you are not alone. In Leviticus 20:26, we are called to “be set apart from the nations”, but practically, what does that look like? One way to be set apart is to be confident in who you are. Knowing your identity has probably been a struggle, but it doesn't have to stay that way. Surround yourself with God’s Word and His truth about you. The Bible is a solid foundation that you can build on. So, what now? Get to know what God says about you. Open the Bible App today, tap on the Discover icon, and search “identity”. Read through Scripture, start Bible Plans, or watch videos surrounding this topic. Begin building your strong foundation on Him today!

You wouldn't want Ajeet Bharti near your children, or even want to hang out with him, because he is a low-class dehati. But we have to admit that we need him. Only an absolute trash like him can abuse the BJP and its ministers this way. And they can do nothing about it. It's like watching pigs fight. I wouldn't want to be around due of the muck splatters, but I'll definitely watch from a distance. He is the best type of cringe. So much fun. 🍿

There’s only ONE goal you need to have as a baseball player. It’s not throwing the hardest. Or having the highest EV. Or having the most HB on the sweeper. It’s this ⬇️ The day after people hail and gather to witness the pinnacle of competition, this felt like an important message to share Especially with a lot of players starting their seasons this week. Don’t mistake this for me saying that trying to better yourself physically, improve specific things about your game or develop as an individual are bad. They most certainly are not. (I literally have an offer where I give guys individual development plans lol) But that needs to be separate from the game itself. When the game comes around, that’s your time to enjoy the hell out of competing with your teammates. Your freaking boys. The guys you PUT IN all that work with. Just focus on winning. Winning fixes everything. I promise you. Focus on that. Nothing else.

This man lives next door to this yard. His neighbor’s two Doberman’s got out. He takes the time to round them up and bring them back to their yard. They are giving him a lot of grief. They seem friendly enough but they don’t want to go back inside, they want to play. You can tell this isn’t his first rodeo with them. To have a neighbor like this is being rich in life. What a great guy. Not only did he save them from possibly creating some havoc but he saved them from getting hurt. Having a neighbor like this, you just can’t put a price on that. 💯 Do you have neighbors that would go above and beyond like this and do this for you and your dogs?

🚨A white man charged with murder after hunting down and shooting a Black FedEx driver because he was Black. This monster targeted his victim because of his race, shooting him multiple times in a brutal attack. Predators like this are getting bolder, and our communities are paying the price with their lives. He waited 20 minutes before calling for help, then tried to claim Stand Your Ground. Listen to this. This is why I always say: these racists have no soul and no limits. They’re walking among us, and they’re getting more ruthless by the day. Do you think this should be charged as a hate crime? What do you think should happen to him?

Shayne Coplan, CEO of Polymarket, on why dogfooding your own product is the single best shortcut to building something people want: Shayne is asked what he thinks it takes for a founder to build a successful company. He starts by dismantling the fantasy he once had as a teenager: "When I was in high school, I was always like, man, I'm going to build this side project. It's going to get traction. People are going to give me money, and then I'm going to drop out. And it's going to be like this perfect clean break where I take no risk. Completely did not happen." Shayne dropped out of college at 18, but what followed was nothing like the smooth ride he'd imagined. "There were almost 3 years of like complete brutality of things not working and me trying things and me learning different things and running out of money, stressed about rent, like the whole 9 yards." That stretch taught him the first non-negotiable for any founder: full commitment. "If you really want to do this, if you really feel like it's your calling, don't half-ass it. Go all in. Don't hedge your bets." Shayne Coplan 🦅 continues: "If you're hedging your bets and you kind of haven't cut the rope and you're like, 'Well, I'm still at this, but I'm trying this on the side, whatever.' That's not how great, durable businesses and products start in this day and age. You got to go all in. You got to give it every ounce you got." But going all in is only half the equation. The other half, and the part Shayne believes is the real shortcut, is being one of your own users: "You have to obsess over your customers and people who are using your product. And just the easiest thing to do to build a product company is to use the product yourself and to talk to your own users all the time and triage between what you learn from your users, what you learn from dogfooding your own product, and your product development cycles." He ends with a dose of humility: "It's all I got. I'm still learning honestly."

Our thoughts reflect polyvagal state. Our polyvagal state is the state of our autonomic nervous system (ANS). You’ll notice when your mind is quiet and calm you’re probably creating something, doing a hobby you enjoy, learning something new, or being around people you love. This is your nervous system in ventral vagal— a social engaged state that is optimal for our health. When you’re overwhelmed, burnt out, or chronically stressed you can go into dorsal vagal (or functional freeze). Here your thoughts will sound just like this. You’ll run through all you have to do, but your body is physically immobilized. Getting of bed or even brushing your teeth will feel exhausting because your body is in shutdown. Nothing is “wrong” with you. Your body is trying to defend itself. Please share for awareness.

Jaylen Brown says fasting “saved my life” and strengthened his mental health “Giving your body a chance. You spend so much time focusing on digesting and breaking down stuff. When there's nothing in your system, your body can use that energy to go through so many different things, like to heal yourself, to make yourself have a little bit more clarity, or just your body starts to function in different ways when you have the energy to do so” “How it's helped me in my craft is that it also pushes and challenges you. When you challenge your body by fasting and challenge your spirit, you also challenge your mental as well. It's your ability to persevere, your ability now to remain calm in adverse situations. I think fasting has helped me in that” “It's increased my mental health, and I've said it before, in a lot of ways it's really saved my life. We go through trauma. We all have issues and things that we deal with on this planet that have an effect on us because we're humans. The state of your mind, the state of your well-being, can determine how you go forward from those moments” “Being able to have strong mental health, being able to endure life's challenges, is a great skill set. I think fasting has helped me in that regard, developing that so that now when you reach these moments of adversity, these moments of anxiety, of angst, depression, that you're able to persevere because you've practiced it” “If your body can go without water and food, your body can go without a lot of these other things, distractions, stress, and whatever is causing you depression, whatever is causing your lack of mental health. Actively challenge yourself because that's where growth happens, not from comfort”

It’s a wrap on Miss Possessive tour! Tate McRae thank you from the bottom of my heart for sharing your stage with me and my girls every night. I can’t explain how much I’ve appreciated the opportunity to give the people a little taste of a Zara set. I’m speechless at the amount of praise I’ve been getting over these past few weeks from your wonderful fans and online. With that being said, it’s been strange seeing some people putting us against each other when we’re just two pop girls who love and support each other back stage! Not only are you insanely talented, something we all can tell from seeing you on stage every night, but you have an incredible team around you. The dancers, band, crew, team, drivers, and tech have been a joy to be around and I always feel like that says a lot about how a person works. You set the bar. You set the standard. You are a super star. Just know, I will always have your back! Thank you for this experience!!!

Dr. Becky Kennedy flipped how I think about kids’ meltdowns and frustration She says true resilience isn’t avoiding hard things, it’s learning to tolerate them. When your toddler is losing it over a puzzle and begging “do it for me,” that’s actually your Super Bowl moment as a parent. Those are the times you’re wiring their nervous system for how they’ll handle life later. Her line that stuck with me: “A parent’s words become a child’s self-talk.” This one really made me pause. I’ve jumped in too fast to fix frustration instead of sitting with it. Being the “dimmer switch” for big emotions instead of the off switch feels like such a better approach. We’re not raising kids for an easy life. We’re raising them to handle a hard one. The small moments of tolerated discomfort build real strength. Have you caught yourself rescuing your kid from frustration too quickly, or are you learning to sit with it?

Hamas has killed its only Hindu hostage from October 7, Bipin Joshi from Nepal, most probably by shooting him multiple times point blank like many other hostages. Bipin’s body was carried around to secure a better deal. He saved many lives by throwing back a lobbed grenade in a crowded room. Had nothing to do with politics or the Israeli cause. Hamas could have spared Bipin’s life and returned him to his anxious parents. But this is an ideology which runs only through hate, whose ONLY goal is repression, savagery, expansion, and occupation. Trump’s ’peace plan’ won’t end the larger war. Never forgive, never forget. Om Shanti.

I love this advice from Sharmeen (Head of Product for RFA at Stripe) on how to lead with empathy through challenges like getting breast cancer as a new mom after starting a new job. In my new episode, Sharmeen shared lessons and stories on: - Balancing work, life, and cancer - Advancing from IC to VP in 6 years - Stripe's culture of user-first and humility Some quotes from Sharmeen: "I basically product-managed my cancer journey. I tackled it head-on because F**** cancer." "You don't want to have cancer to realize how important your health and family are. You have to set boundaries and give yourself grace." "Empathy and a high bar for excellence are not mutually exclusive. I'll tell you this great example from a leader at Stripe..." "Vision and execution are two sides of the same coin. You have to be able to operate high and low depending on your product's needs." 📌 Watch now:

ว่าด้วยเป้าหมายในชีวิต ได้ข้อคิดอะไรเยอะมากจากไลฟ์คุณอฟ "If you've lost your passion for life, whether it's about work or anything, try setting new goals for yourself. For example, you might set a goal of having teeth braces by this year, then you can save up for it or let's say, you want to have a motorcycle, then start saving up. In case that you think you have all the stuff you need, let's think about things that you don't have. It might be having some travels like this year I'll go to this/that place. It's important that you keep setting new goals for yourself. Do not ever lose your passion unless you've everything completely fulfilled . In that case you can just do nothing and live a comfortable life. For me, these are goals that I've set. 31-year-old Engfa will have her own business. It might or might not happen but the point is you need to have a goal. And when I turn 35, I will stop working for one year and travel around the world using the money that I've specifically saved up for travel. A whole year of travel when I'm 35." #อิงฟ้ามหาชน #EngfaWaraha

FaceTime sex isn't about awkward pauses—it's an art form. Want to drive him crazy from a distance? Here's the dirty but effective playbook straight from the Call Her Daddy podcast (ft. Hannah Berner): Prep is everything. Check your lighting and find your best angles beforehand. Put on your wildest lingerie and get yourself in the mood before the call. Confidence = sexy. It's your show. He just gets to lay back and watch, but you set the tone. Take control. The 'sales tactic' in bed: Don't know what to say? You don't need to talk non-stop. Take a pause, breathe heavily, and just ask: 'Do you like this?' Make him beg for more. The insane angle hack: Put your phone facing up on a closed toilet seat and stand over it. It's the ultimate bottom-up angle-even if you don't have a Kardashian booty, this pose delivers. Don't rush it. Pour a cocktail, treat it like a virtual date, and slowly turn up the heat. Drop the insecurities! 👇
