The part of the video showing the parrot rescue was posted earlier and ended differently. Parrot was left on a pylon, the rescuer was male speaking either Spanish or Portuguese. I couldn't find the version with sound, but here it is. Totally unrelated to this made up video.

@drjamesbjoyce I rescued a Moluccan Cockatoo that was clinging to a small pole in the gore point on a freeway exit years ago. It was crazy. Kept it for a while and eventually gave it to a woman who others birds.

Caged parrots sometimes pull there feathers out when stressed. Guess this guy was in a situation that was clearly not good for him. Maybe took a chance at a open window and... adios. If it was not allowed out to build muscle strength its hardly surprising it came down in the water.
