Sad that she’s old? It’s rather sad that some of us continue to think this flesh is immortal. No matter what you do, this body will not remain eternal on this earth. You can die young or grow old and die. Either way, this body will eventually return to dust. Vanity.

Why sad we were all young before, am 68 now and don't look like l used to be in my youth, everybody will grow old when the time comes, just take good care of yourself, eat good food, be kind to people, take care of your health so you can still be strong in your old age

As much as I agree this is life , I respectfully want to say that, with a bit of holistic fitness 'Our Maame Dokuno' will move better. As a move doc. I can confidently say that age can be reverse with time if given to fitness. Life....
