That guy's name is Miles Moretti, a Vietnamese American. He is not Kazakhstani or whatever, despite the cringe content he is making. He has been creating quite controversial stuff. I believe most Chinese and African American people don’t like him for using slur words in front of speeds while speaking in Chinese. I don’t know whether it’s drama conducted by them or intentional. The reason he still keeps making content is because his popularity has downgraded, based on my observation. The TikTok algorithm is lowering his reach except for female fans who like handsome guys.

Kazakhs are one of the 56 officially recognized Chinese minority groups. The largest community of Kazakhs outside Kazakhstan is in China, mostly in Xinjiang. So her guesses were completely reasonable. Kazakh guy, able to speak Chinese, probably Kazakh Chinese minority. Nothing racist about it.
