This man got a DUI on a bicycle 😭

That cop needs to be fired immediately....its cost over $10,000 with the courses you have to take to get your license back....but he wasn't even operating a motor vehicle or any licensed vechicle ..."intoxicated in public" is the only reasonable ticket he should get.
