This man got pulled over for a traffic stop in another state while driving home. The officer asked him for his information, the man gave it to him. The officer came back, gave him the ticket, told him where to appear if he wanted to contest and pointed out... where he could mail in the fee for the ticket since he didn’t live nearby. The man said okay. The officer asked if he had any questions, the man said no, the officer said be safe and that was that. So many people said that is a normal interaction with police officers. All the other stuff is someone seeking attention. 💯 It should be this easy every time. Kudos to both those men. 👏 When you do what you are asked to do, there is never a problem, imho. This dude unloads on cop in a who is in the right type situation. We are in Adam's county PA where a Law Enforcement Ranger pulls over a man because he is saying he could not see his tag. By the officers own admission he was able to see the tag as he got closer but proceeded with the stop. As per usual the officer asks for ID and the man in truck went to work on this officer telling him this is an illegal stop as no crime has been committed so he is not required to provide ID. Through out the interaction he asks the officer if he is free to go and the officer doubles down on detainment. However at the same time when asked the officer was not able to articulate a crime. The man also asked for a sergeant and the officer never compiled by getting a supervisor on scene which honestly would have been the best move. There are two ways to look at this interaction. The eyes of the officer: The officer calmly maintains that the traffic stop is entirely lawful. In the United States, law enforcement needs reasonable suspicion to initiate a traffic stop. An obscured license plate or illegally dark window tint satisfies that standard in almost every jurisdiction. Furthermore, once a lawful traffic stop is initiated, a driver is legally required to produce a valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and vehicle registration. The driver's perspective: The driver claims that his tags are legit and the officer was able to see that when he ran them. He argues that because the ranger claimed at first he could not see the tags but now he can as he approached the vehicle. Since the officer admitted he can now see the tags and there is no problem with the tags, the initial stop was "erroneous" and constitutes an illegal search and seizure. Police Broke Down Door in Mistaken Identity Case in Baton Rouge Officers asked for Brooks’ name. He refused to answer and asked them to get off his property. The video shows officers following him, kicking open his door, and detaining him. Shortly after, the officers put Brooks in handcuffs. This out of control officer gets owned as he pulls his gun on this guy because he reached for his wallet. Keep in mind the officer asked him to present his ID. Things escalate to where the officer threatened to violently pull him from his vehicle. The man asked to wait for backup. When they arrived he alerted he has everything on video. The man was thus told he was free to go and he answered then I'm free to stay and told the first officer what he thought of him exercising his freedom of speech.

How bold this officer is with violating the rights of this man. Illegally searched his weapon in an open carry state. Took his personal property and refused to return it. Refused to get a supervisor out at the scene. Flat out said no. He assaulted the man by aggressively grabbing him. The list goes on and on. This officer should be relieved of duty. Also every other officer that pulled up should be investigated for not shutting down this tyrant. Know your rights folks and do not allow them to infringe on your 2A or any other right.

This man was trying to take his pregnant wife that's having severe labor pains to the hospital. They have had a previous 26 week pre-mature baby. This police officer pulled him over for speeding. The man even asked the cop if he could give him an escort to the hospital and then write the ticket or even arrest him? He just wants to get to the hospital. I back the blue, I do, I do, but it seems to me that this was not handled properly. Would you have handled it this way? 🤔

This man was arrested at Fort Walton Beach in Florida for being in the water. Apparently he grabbed his boogie board and sprinted into the ocean. 🌊 🏃🏻‍♂️ They had told him to get out of the water. Double Red flags were in effect. You can see that the officer had to physically take him down in the sand with help from others and handcuff him. 😳 People said that he told police and lifeguards that it was federal water and that he should be allowed to swim. Some said why can’t we live at our own risk? That he should be allowed to do what he wants. Others said they possibly saved his life and he doesn’t even know it. I have never seen that happen before, but I understand it. Have you ever witnessed this happen before, someone getting arrested for going in the water? Do you think it is a good look? Or who cares about looks, they saved his life and you have to follow the rules?

🚨#BREAKING: Tyjuan Crenshaw, a man who works with special needs children, saw a young man being BEATEN IN THE STREET. He stepped in and saved the man and chased the attacker off... ...AND THE POLICE ARRESTED HIM FOR IT He was charged with assault. Your deputy is a threat to himself and others. All this officer cares about is trying to get the person in cuffs. Zero discovery, zero investigation, straight to litigation with this guy. This is the type of officer that you see on the news for discharging his firearm when he should not have. In this case, the man holding the camera cannot be trespassed from the property because he has lessors rights. If he is leasing property there he has the rights to be there. If the property manager wants him gone they need to not renew his lease at this point. That deputy can go kick rocks.

This accident was caused by the police officer in this video..the traffic light was showing yellow when he moved in to stop my car and when I match the break pad..the car behind me couldn’t respond faster and that was how the accident happened. So many accident like this has occurred..for god sake there is traffic light there and there was no need for an officer to interfere. If there traffic sign is broken..issue a ticket for breaking traffic laws.. Nigeria needs to fix a lot of things 📌

I cannot believe what I’ve just heard WHAT?! I warn you now. This will make your blood boil. It’s infuriating. This ex-Met cop DEFENDS the police officer’s handling of the Henry Nowak case, even AFTER seeing the horrific bodycam footage. He told the police officer NINE times he couldn’t breathe, he told the officer FOUR times he had been stabbed and the officer believed the murderer and still said “I don’t think you have mate” after dragging his body across the gravel while he choked on his own blood. He says the police officer was “misled” and he “naturally assumed” - oh that’s okay then? And this guy is defending that. If that is the standard of policing we are to expect in the UK - if us or our loved ones are in a similar situation to Henry. We need to be VERY concerned. In the video, you can hear an officer ask: “So you have no warrants?” The man responds that they already KNOW he doesn’t… because he handed over all of his information. Then he asks: “Why did you pull me over?” An officer says, “You can’t have weed out in the car like that.” The man responds, “Weed’s not illegal. Are you all going to write me a ticket for weed?!?” And another officer ACTUALLY replies… “It’s frowned upon.” It’s frowned upon? Now yes… Ohio law does regulate how marijuana is transported in vehicles, similar to alcohol. If it’s open or improperly stored, officers can issue a citation. A CITATION. Not a situation where a man is pulled out of his car, and have multiple agencies run his information. Because if the issue was truly “improper storage,” then write the ticket and let him go. That’s how laws are supposed to work in a constitutional republic. Instead, what we’re watching is officers fishing for reasons to escalate AFTER already deciding this man was “suspicious.” The Fourth Amendment exists specifically to stop the government from detaining people without legitimate legal justification. And then you have the issue of ICE agents being involved… ICE is a federal immigration agency. They are not traffic police. They are not supposed to be part of routine traffic stops, especially when they involve U.S. citizens. That separation exists on purpose. Because when federal agencies start getting involved in traffic stops, it expands government power, fast. A homeless man asked a guy for some money, so he could get food. The man decided he could earn it instead. Had him wash his car for $20, part of it was in change. When the homeless man went inside the fast food joint to get food, they refused him service due to the change, which is still money..... So, the man who helped out, decided to shame the restaurant asking all customers to leave due to this, which the customers agreed.
