Look at Sanju Samson he looks completely broken, as if someone has taken away his happiness. 🥺 Sanju Samson didn’t lose his confidence or happiness because he didn’t score runs. His confidence was completely broken when he was told in the middle of the match that he wouldn’t be allowed to do wicket-keeping. People troll Gautam Gambhir because they feel he is being very hypocritical. He had said that even if Sanju scored zero in 10 consecutive matches, he would still be backed. Fine, Sanju hasn’t scored runs in the last few matches and he might miss out on the World Cup, but if you played him in the 5th match, he should have been given the full match.

This should be a simple case of holding position and taking the mark. But where is the body use? Where is the physicality? He has Harry Dean (and credit to Harry for making the spoil) in all sorts of trouble here, but allows him to get to the fall of the ball in a spot King should have owned. He has to be better than this.

This batter swung at a pitch and missed. The runner from first was stealing and the catcher makes a throw down to second. The catcher made contact with the batter who was still in the batter’s box after swinging and missing. The umpire called batter’s interference, sent the runner back to first and called the batter out. To me, that batter has to be able to finish his swing. He never stepped outside the box. I think it is the wrong call. What do you think? Batter’s interference or not?
