As someone who's life has been ruined by a speeding driver I find this a conflicting one, yes it's just making money for the Parasites at Westminster, but anything that helps slow down people is a good thing.

I think the problem with these measures is that people only slow down at that point and then speed off again once past it. So it's only a money maker.

This doesn't stop them. This is just another money maker. Use your brain. They slow for the camera and speed away.

Blocking the line of sight is a classic. Speed camera vans have to see the plate clearly to log a fine, so parking a "broken down" car right there kills the whole operation. Legend behaviour.
