How I approach trust in my relationships after suffering many a let down. I start by allocating 100% trust to everyone. Their actions dictates if that trust is maintained or reduced. When that trust reaches a certain level then I pull the plug on you.

That’s actually a wise approach. Trust fully, observe actions, and withdraw quietly when respect fades. It protects peace without bitterness.

Exact thing I always say. It’s always in the tiny details! The other thing I’m big on is: Watch how people speak about others to you. It’s often a preview of how they’ll speak about you to another too.

Utter nonsense

Trust is earned over time. The problem is that it can all be wiped away in just a fraction of a second.

I feel like this is gold for manipulators

This clown can't even communicate. What on earth is she talking about! Speaks like an ADHD teen! 🤡

Oh good. Emotional Bank Account theory for children. 🙈

Sad this isn’t default knowledge in leadership.

This was the biggest dribble of fem waffle ever I skipped through and still no point was made.

Never share anything of real depth “Bury it deep down inside you and never talk about it again.” - Ricky Bobby, Taledega Nights 😂

She ignores incentives, manipulation and reality. I had a friend of 15 years who invited me to everything. Checked in. AND also spoke about my private life to others - apparently regularly. People aren’t 2 dimensional. People are ego driven and more complicated than what this woman portrays. We are not all teens.

Trusts is just a weakness Waiting to get used against you

This woman has lost all her marbles.

I love this. True friends should have their own jar full of marbles. I have two such friends. I am blessed.

My momma told me not to trust nobody not even her🤣🤣🤣

Trusting people should not be a life goal. Understanding people are inherently evil helps avoid problems.

I love Brene Brown.

BS...Girls gossip shock horror

Just because someone does nice things for you does not mean you can trust them. You have to know the type of person that person is by how they deal with others. If your friend gossips about EVERYONE to you assume they are doing it to you behind your back too.

Oh no, fortune 100 companies? The last people in the world anyone should trust 😭

You can't fake authenticity. There's a fine line between little meaningful nothings like this, and making someone think you're pitying/using them.

trust isn’t built by grand gestures, but by quiet consistencies. each kept word, each moment of honesty, adds another stone to the jar. break it once and the weight is gone. still learning how to rebuild that weight between long security shifts and worn-out nights:

No, that’s an absolute great approach to trusting someone but just like she said it’s over a time period. It’s never just instant.

My Mumma left….couldn’t even trust her!

This is good in personal life but in a professional life people' s priority is money. They are trustworthy till they are benefitted by u. The day you are not useful to them they are using the information that you shared with them to reach their monetary goal

omg, sigh the problem with that is to many people have hammers to break that jar. TRUST NO ONE. THE ONLY THING THAT IS SAFE IS WHAT STAYS BETWEEN YOUR EARS. AND WITH TECHNOLOGY THE WAY IT IS I'M NOT EVEN SURE ABOUT THAT.

Well just like respect trust is not given it's earned !

🤡

What is the name of the person being interviewed? I’d like to learn more about her.

Ehhh

Love this!! 😎

TUH! I’ve known MFs with full marble jars that decided to drop it on the floor.

I like that!
