I’ve got a MUCH better idea for growing you arm muscles: • 2-3 sets of Incline Cable Tricep Push-Downs • 2-3 sets of Supinated Grip Curls w/ Upper Arm Support • 2-3 sets of Machine or Cable Overhead Extensions • 2-3 sets of Hammer Grip Curls w/ Upper Arm Support Then, 3-4 days later…. • 2-3 sets of Dip Machine • 2-3 sets of Machine or Cable Preacher Curls • 2-3 sets of Incline Cable Tricep Push-Downs OR Machine or Cable Overhead Extensions • 2-3 sets of Hammer Grip Curls w/ Upper Arm Support All sets taken to 0-1 RIR in the 5-10ish rep range with good-great technique Do this for 3-5 years and your arms will be JACKED

Doing a NYC equinox rating series before I cancel my membership. Equinox Orchard St TLDR: it’s the closest one to me but it’s musty as hell and they need a new air con system. Generally speaking it’s a comfortable gym to workout in if you’re feeling ugly Aura (good looking people): 6/10 Equipment: 9/10, there’s a lot of options, could use one more squat rack Classes: 6/10, not the best. Yoga can be good in evenings, Pilates fusion is good generally. Fengshui interior: 4/10, needs a renovation badly Comment below which gym I should checkout next!

The fastest thing that exists cannot keep up with the conversation inside one server rack. A computer cannot be stretched across the sky. Think about it. Maybe Elon will agree. So SpaceX collapsed the computer into the satellite. The spacecraft is the rack. Each AI1 carries a complete data center rack's worth of compute, 120 kilowatts on average, on wings spanning 70 meters, wider than a Boeing 747 jet. The spec Elon posted today pushes further, a full NVIDIA Rubin rack in every Starlink satellite, 72 GPUs, 250 kilowatts peak. Nothing important ever leaves the machine. The weights, the memory, the model itself, all stay home. The laser links between Starlink satellites carry questions and finished answers, never the thinking in between. For 20 odd years computing moved in one direction, toward the cloud, thousands of machines pretending to be one. Orbit just reversed it. A million computers pretending to be nothing but themselves. The moat is not beating the speed of light. If you think about it it is all about building the machine so the most valuable data never enters the race. Two prototypes fly in early 2027.
