Lack of impulse control results in black Americans making poor decisions. These poor decisions have other races of people looking at black Americans with a side eye. These poor decisions also in many cases result in black Americans losings, jobs, relationships, or their freedoms. And then many black Americans complain about the system without ever seriously looking at any of this.
