This woman was visiting NYC, she was excited to try the food and see the sights. She saw a few people take the pedi-cabs and thought it would be an amazing experience. She found one not in use and asked the operator how much a ride was, she had a few people in her group. He said it was $20. After the ride was over she was preparing to pay him and he told her it would be $500. She argued that he told her $20, he then said yes it’s $20, per minute, per person. She was so upset and fearful because she felt he was trying to intimidate her, so she called the police. I don’t feel this was right as she still ended up paying him $200 instead of $500. Should the police have charged him for scamming her, relieving her of payment?

I wasn't that sad because the food wasn't that good and it was also clear that the restaurant owner was in on it with her. It was a set up. So don't worry, we will be having Maga night there sometime in the next month. We hope everyone will show up for that.
