But this is the same garden where a man with an AK-47 hired by Islamic Republic hid behind my sunflowers to kill me. Even now, I get goosebumps saying it. Then, their assassins forced me to leave even the cherry blossom tree I planted in her honor of her. Safety is too much of a luxury while terror crosses borders.

many ppl asked these years if yang yang is retired since doesn't come out often, well here u go 🐑: during that period, people didn't like me as much, so I came out to meet everyone less often.. 💔 yang yang: as an actor, you actually get more attention, and everyone has many expectations of you. over the past two years, I haven't appeared in front of the audience that often. (hesitates).. well, it's okay to talk about it, just face it bravely, right? these past two years, I really haven't been in the public eye much, because for some roles, people at the time might have felt the effect wasn't that great. and I also felt that maybe during that period, people didn't like me as much, so I came out to meet everyone less often. instead, I just stayed grounded, as an actor, and tried to take on some different roles and perform them well. I think any role you encounter at any point in time and the whole process, is a valuable experience, as well as an opportunity for everyone to help me grow. I'm also very grateful for all the criticism and so on that I've received before. so, I think the most important thing is just to do what an actor should do, and do it well. (rough translation)

So, my son-in-law, Dustin, took me shooting and made this video. I brought my trusty .243 that I have not shot in close to 20 years. Some of the targets I hit with it we estimated to be about 400 yards away. This .243 was given to me when I was a boy, and I've killed all but one of my deer with it. Dustin told me he was going to make a video, but I had no idea it would be so professional and entertaining! Thanks, Dustin!

Ten years ago this month I was a landscaper of eleven years. For that entire time I made only $10 an hour. I often worked sun up to sundown. In the wintertime I drove a snow plow. If it didn’t snow, I didn’t work. One Christmas I had to do Toys for Tots so my kids had stuff under the tree. In my spare time I made funny content on the internet. I had been doing comedy on YouTube since 2007. One day I set up my camera and convinced Ford owners they were gay. I got my first million views and the rest is history. Thank you all for being so good to me. Without you there’d be no me. I pinch myself every day.

20 years ago, i left my country, my culture, my food, and family to embark on a journey that started with the release of my very first body of music! So many of you were a part of my life and career since the very beginning, and some of you have joined the adventure along the way. I’m forever grateful to all of you. Each of you played a very crucial role in where this journey has taken me thus far! I just wanted to take this moment to say thank you! Thank you for the greatest first 20 years ever! 20 years of the most loyal, die-hard fans that don’t play about me whatsoever, 20 years of hard work and hardworking teams around me, 20 years of lessons, 20 years of unforgettable experiences and accomplishments, 20 years of my family being my number one support system, and to all the people who said yes to me and gave me a chance before it was “cool” to (Execs, DJ’s, writers, producers, dancers, choreographers, directors, fashion designers, photographers, glam, journalists, brands, mentors, etc etc) 20 years worth of thanks to you!! From then on, I lost a lot of my mental strength. As soon as I made my debut, I thought I was the best and I thought I was in first place. That’s why those aspirations, that tenacity, and that something about me - my self-worth - was so high. But after that, it was destroyed in an instant. 🐥 I lost a lot of my self-worth, and I started to feel like I was worth nothing. I started to doubt if there was any reason for me to be in this group. When I feel that kind of self-disgust, I think it’s important how I overcome those thoughts. In my early days of my debut, I think I only had a pretty packaging on me. I used to think, ‘I’m doing well, what more can I do?’ But after that pretty packaging came off, I had nothing inside. So I think it took me a long time to fill myself up. Now, even if I break down once in a while, I just go back to the human Song Mingi, and I look for the things I like one by one, and then I think, ‘People will like me a bit now, right?’ Since we’re celebrities, we need to satisfy the people to a certain degree. But I think we still have to satisfy ourselves in the process as well. I think I try to find a harmony between the two in my head. 🐥 It took me a long time to build this up, but I think the process of building myself up, unlike building a sand castle, you build it up little by little. So I feel like, internally, I have become more resilient, compare to before.

The Will Stancil Show Christmas Special will be released tomorrow morning, Christmas Day! Until then, you can watch my very first animated Christmas Special that I made 20 years ago in 2005 when I was 15. At the time it was too long to release on Newgrounds, so it was only seen by me. I'm reminded making my newest Christmas Special of the thrill and power I felt upon receiving Macromedia Flash in 2005. The technology has evolved alongside with me in the most perfect way, and even after 20 years I feel I am just getting started. I am so very grateful this Christmas for my triumphant return to animation!

The commercial was immediately canceled when I refused to change any scenes in the video where I was kissing a black saint or burning crosses. So began my illustrious career as an artist refusing to compromise my artistic integrity. Thank you Pepsi for finally realizing the genius of our collaboration. 😄 Artists are here to disturb the peace.
