Khanna also essentially stated that October 7th made him more Palestinian, saying: “Yes, I do feel a moral complicity and some moral guilt. You know, one of the reasons I want to share my own evolution is that we need that kind of evolution in America. I voted for a lot of the aid before October 7th. I voted for those bills. And the irony that they’re taking the money I voted for to detain me.” Khanna went on to say: “But I was not initially before October 7th an activist on the Palestinian issue.” In April, we questioned Khanna on why he went on Piker’s show despite Piker’s claims that America deserved 9/11.
