Four Firefighters sustained minor injuries, and approximately sixteen residents were displaced. “When our units arrived, we had heavy fire throughout the motor vehicle repair shop. We attempted to enter and extinguish the fire, but there was a significant amount of fire and concerns about structural stability. We did have a collapse in the rear of the building, but our members were able to identify the danger and exit safely before it occurred,” said Chief of Department John Esposito. The fire was placed under control and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
