@usopen Jon Wertheim - your argument is really that because the Saudi sportswashing was finally pushed through, this will also succeed.. and tennis will just adapt? Not even the corporate smiles of Allaster and Buterac that stuck in my craw the most, it was your smarmy justifications

A gay podcast host is catching heat for his morally questionable hookup app ploy.

@usopen This is now an Exhibition, not a Grand Slam, 4 game sets and singles WC what a joke

@usopen Fast Four in a Grand Slam LMAO

@usopen Changing the dates makes sense. But a four game set is freaking ridiculous. Play a full set with regular tiebreakers then a 10 point.

@usopen Why? New formats have ruined the Davis Cup and now Grand Slam mixed. Honestly feel so bad for the doubles frat who've asked for more support & are now excluded from one of the most well paid events of the year. @AustralianOpen @Wimbledon @rolandgarros - pls don't follow this..

@usopen This is a joke. Once again making a mockery of doubles, in this case mixed doubles. Mixed doubles is only played at the slams yet doubles, mixed & singles sex, is the discipline that most recreational tennis players play & like to watch & again singles players will get priority🤬

@usopen Not being a part of the official 2 weeks of the US Open and then making a mockery of it by using fast 4 format is unbelievable. Instead of highlighting it, they’re disrespecting it.

@usopen What a way to railroad the Doubles players & the tour overall, shrinking the opportunity & influence of doubles even more! This is an extremely shortsighted & out of touch attempt to 'speed up' the sport, which will only speed up the loss of depth & livelihood for Doubles players

@usopen This is going to make the mixed doubles event a complete joke. Most of the singles players won’t be interested, and it’s that stupid FAST4 format. Doubles specialists are just as important as singles, and you treat them like crap by reducing it to a lame exhibition.

@usopen This is the worst decision ever
