Those are worth reporting in my experience. I’ve seen the Met take action in quite a few similar videos that I reported.

Why do you always turn into the danger instead of turning away from it, very odd way to live you life. Yea you were in the right but it’s no use when your dead

Why were you in the bus lane? If you were in the road, he’d have seen you. You couldn’t see him because of the screen until he was committed to the manoeuvre, so it’s clear he couldn’t see you until it was too late.

The sign caused a blindspot to be fair.

I saw him (in your vid) long before he pulled out. Why didn't you? Why did you continue to cycle up to his van without even attempting to take defensive action, like slowing down? You were just in a bad mood weren't you? Got out the wrong side of the bed (as my Nan used to say).

Whichever authority allowed that big LCD screen restricting the view of / from the junction should be held to account / educated too.

Last year I pulled out of a side turning in my van right in front of an oncoming white car. Just didn't see him at first. Stopped in time and he had to go slightly wide to miss me. I can fairly safely say that doesn't mean I will go on to kill.

I would have considered 'soz mate' to be a more appropriate response.

I would say that the driver can’t see you due to the obstruction on the pavement, so I’d recommend you slow down as you should realise there’s a high risk he’d pull out. But if you were to the right of the lane he would see you and the whole incident would be avoided.
