Owner just stands there screaming the dog’s name, doesn’t do a thing to run over and protect her dog who should have been on a leash! The other recording it, hoping for a viral video of a dog being attacked. Disgusting, oblivious and stupid people.
Update : the dog survived the attack and allegedly had NO BROKEN BONES or any serious injuries. Dogs are resilient as fuck.
