There is no such thing as justice in America. EQUAL treatment is required for justice to exist. Wait until you find out the city/county makes a profit from the child support checks sent in. I've seen numerous people tell judges they do NOT want or need child suopport checks. Grandparents with custody of grandchildren. When their child is fresh out of prison, or rehab, or crippled up and can't work enough. Threats made. The "child support advocate" for the city/county gets nasty every time as does the judge. Seen grandparents say whatever money they get they'll give right back. The court says fine. They still get their $$$.🤮 It's far worse than you can imagine. Far more stories. Crazy stuff.

Reason #967,834 why marriage and family courts are a risk and liability for men. The courts and women treat fathers as disposable ATM's and then wonder why men are refusing to engage in the scam. The courts act in everyone's best interest (even the states) at the expense of men whonare left with little to no recourse. In every other area of law, this would be considered fraud, even extortion. Yet, somehow family courts are the only legal framework where sex based discrimination are not only enforced, but blatantly obvious.

They take from the one who has the most money. The government only cares about how much money they can take from its populace.

Government has decided that it is its job to take over as husband for most women and kick fathers out of the house if women aren’t willing to do it themselves. Government has been one of the greatest contributors to divorce in this country.

The excuse that "what matters is only the best interest of the child...and therefore the court can go after whichever alleged father it wants if he can financially support the child better"....is a complete fraud. If that were the rule, then court could demand child support from any millionaire in the country, even one who never even met the mom. But that's fraud. Clearly, this excuse is just an attempt to execute and cover up fraud by the government.

These people do not know or care about real law and/or justice. They’re too profit-driven. The West, especially the U.S., does not teach the course “Morals and Ethics” in any public school classroom. “In the best interest of the child” is a legal term of art created by lawyers. It is used to screw over people, to deprive people of justice. The Western world has no concept of Ma’at. None whatsoever.

Because the state doesn't actually give a shit about the kids the state just doesn't want to have to be on the hook for paying for anything so the state is perfectly happy with saying well you're on the hook for paying for those kids now because fuck you that's why. Because with child support payments comes the state getting its beak wet. It is literally just getting more money whenever it can.

So the court canceled this order for 1 man.... But they never fixed the rules or fixed the problem for thousands of other dads who go through the same problem. Obvious question: Is the court just interested in hiding from negative publicity....Or are they interested in truly fixing the problem? The answer is clear. Family Court: Inferior People, Inferior Process, Inferior Results.

Wow, so this is serious? I have to pay for a kid that isn’t mine, born to a woman who cheated with some guy I never even met, for a child I’ll never raise or know, because a court decided it’s somehow my responsibility to bankroll someone else’s mess. They decided my life is more useful as a piggy bank than holding the two people who actually broke their vows accountable. Same logic they’re pushing with reparations in 2026. Pay for people I never met, DNA I don’t share, from a time I wasn’t alive, under laws that didn’t apply to me, in a society I had nothing to do with. Most Black Americans today have almost no direct line to slave owners, and hundreds of thousands of White men died ending slavery. Yet somehow we’re all supposed to write checks for something none of us lived through, to people who already have the same legal rights and opportunities everyone else does, in a country that has spent decades stacking the deck with preferences and programs. If the standard is “someone suffered, so someone else who looks vaguely similar has to pay,” then both of these ideas are pure nonsense.
