History repeating itself in NJ.

I watched this UFO for about 5 minutes. It stopped and started. many times 1971. RAF who interviewed us said they tracked it on Radar 100 miles in 3 seconds as it came in.. The film shows it starting to go back out. I think it had engine trouble.
