It really is a peak experience, and it’s one you can’t afford to miss. It also makes you understand grandparents on a deeper level. They’re not just happy to be around the kids, they’re getting pulled back into that same feeling they had when they were raising you, but with all the pressure turned down and the joy turned up.

Most people are understanding when things like this happen but there are still some people out there that don’t seem to care, they want what they are paying for and they want it now. What would you do if this happened to you, would you just do the best as you can, what if people complain to corporate?
